In active development
One platform to run an entertainment venue.
LinkLeap brings bookings, waivers, the counter and payments into a single system, so a venue runs on one record instead of five tools. We are building it for karting first.
A race day, end to end
The same booking is followed from the first tap to the end of the day.
Book
A guest picks a session and pays online, or the counter books them in.
Sign
The waiver is signed on their own phone before they arrive, or on a kiosk when they do.
Check in
The counter sees who is paid, signed and licensed, and who is not.
Race
Sessions are run from one screen, with every start and stop recorded.
Settle
Payments, refunds and the day's totals reconcile against what was sold.
What it covers
The whole venue, in one system.
Each part is its own domain with its own rules, and they share one set of records. A booking does not need to be re-entered at the counter, and a payment does not need to be matched by hand.
Bookings and sessions
Online and counter booking against real availability. A seat is held while someone pays, so it is never sold twice.
Waivers and licences
Signed on a kiosk or a guest's own phone. A guardian signs for a child, and the counter sees who is cleared to race.
Point of sale
A counter built for the venue: sell races, add-ons and merchandise, check racers in, and print the receipt.
Payments and refunds
Card payments online and at the counter. A refund traces back to the sale it came from.
PlayPass wallet
A venue wallet a guest tops up and spends, with a balance that is always the sum of its transactions.
Memberships and loyalty
Membership plans and loyalty that change the price at the moment of booking, not afterwards.
Party bookings
Packages for a group: a deposit to hold the date and the balance collected later.
Reporting and audit
Every booking, payment and change leaves a record of who did it and when, with summaries for the day.
For venues
Run the day from one place.
- One record of the truth, shared by the counter, the track and the back office.
- Roles and permissions for each venue, so staff see what their job needs.
- A new venue is set up from a blueprint and reviewed before it goes live.
- Built to be audited: money, waivers and session control are all traceable.
For guests
Book, bring friends, turn up ready.
- Browse venues and book a session from a phone.
- Pay for seats now and name the racers later, so one person can book for the group.
- Sign the waiver before the day and walk straight to the counter.
- One account for bookings, licences, waivers and wallet balance.
How it is built
Four rules the platform does not break.
- Consistent
- One state, never two that disagree.
- Auditable
- Every important action leaves a trail.
- Secure
- Access is by role and by venue.
- Scalable
- Built for one venue or a network of them.
Where it is today
In development, and looking for venues to build it with.
LinkLeap is not generally available yet, and some of what is described on this page is still being built. If you run a karting track or another entertainment venue and want to see it early, we would like to hear how your day runs.
